Technical Difficulties...

If you are have trouble with a program functioning, then before you contact technical support, make sure you are running the most current version of the program. If you haven't updated in over a month, then you should download and install the most recent maintenance update from our Update Page. If after that, you are still encountering a problem, then use the form below to let us know.

How to find the version number of you program.

Open your program, go to the Help Menu and then select "About...". A popup box will appear with the name of your program and the current version your are running (see below).
